Engagement Fee - $100

Includes: searching for properties and being added to our system.

The Buyer will pay a fulfillment fee equal to 3% of the asking price of the purchased property, unless the Buyer elects to use the “Success Model” for transactions where the Agent exclusively represents the Buyer. In the Success Model, the Buyer will pay 2% of the asking price plus 15% of the amount reduced from the asking price.

Engagement Fee - $400

Includes: Listing the property + Media. 

The Seller will pay 3.5% of the net purchase price of the property, unless the Seller requests to use the “Success Model” for transactions wither the Agent exclusively represents the Seller. Under the Success Model, the Seller pays 2.5% of the net purchase price plus 15% of the net increase from the prevailing buyer’s initial offer.
