We use a fixed fee to eliminate potential conflicts of interest between agnets and their clients. Our approach creates clearer alignment between client goals and agent incentives. Using a model based on the purchase price puts agents in a position where they cut into their own commission if they reduce the purchase price. This conflict can unintentionally limit their motivation to negotiate the best deal.
