Agents
We work with our agents to create opportunities, reward initiative and drive success. Agents earn high commissions when they bring in their own clients, receive fast payouts after closings, and benefit from additional income through referrals, recruiting, and value-added services. We provide access to proprietary technology that can be used to generate leads and manage your transactions. We support both new and experienced agents, and we aim to make your work with the brokerage as rewarding and sustainable as possible.
Commission Amounts:
Clients pay the brokerage for real estate services provided by the Agent, and the Broker disburses commission to the
Agent for those services. The broker distributes commissions based on the following terms:
Standard commission:
90% for transactions where the Agent has personally procured the client.
Other payouts:
1. 80% for services to a buyer that the Brokerage referred to the Agent.
2. 70% for services to a seller that the Brokerage referred to the Agent.
3. 20% for referring a seller who closes a transaction with the Brokerage.
4. 10% for referring a buyer who closes a transaction with the Brokerage.
5. Any other negotiated arrangement agreed to in writing by both Broker and Agent.
The broker keeps an additional $50 commission for each represented party and each referral in a transaction.
Bonuses:
1. 5% bonus commission when two agents from the brokerage represent each side of the transaction.
2. 5% bonus commission for the first 10 transactions of an agent that you recruited into the brokerage during their first year with the brokerage.
