In 2019 Jacob purchased a portfolio of 10 properties for investment in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2020 he developed a technology to help him locate additional properties for investment. After 3 years of investing, Jacob get a license as a real estate salesperson. In the first half of 2024, Jacob was the number 7 lising agent in the city of Cleveland by houses sold. Jacob has been part of over 100 real estate transactions between himself and his clients.
